Journeyperson/Foreman Electrician
At Base Electric we have been supporting our workers full time and year around for over 9 years. Our jobs range from brand new residential houses, high end custom homes, commercial projects, renovations, breweries, maintenance, saunas, car chargers, 400amp service upgrades and more!

We are looking for the following position:
Experienced Journeyman/Foreman (minimum 3-5+ years experience) Inter provincial certificate.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced electrician. You are known to be self-motivated with a great attitude, excellent customer service skills and a high attention to detail. You have supervisory experience with apprentices and other journeypersons. You have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
Your qualifications include:
Valid Canadian Redseal Journeyman ticket
Strong residential and commercial electrical knowledge, including service calls
Ability to think quickly on your feet and proactively problem-solve
Communicate professionally with customers and your team
Great organizational skills and planning
Punctual, responsible and reliable
Long-term accommodation is considered essential / can be based in Squamish or Whistler
Have reliable transport, and hand tools, including cordless drills
Note: A valid BC Driver's License is required
Note: You must have basic hand tools

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians in daily tasks and projects.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring high-quality electrical work.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize and schedule job assignments.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide electrical installations and repairs.
- Oversee Residential and Commercial projects and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Supervise Electricians and apprentices.
- Oversee projects in Whistler and Squamish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
