Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate/commute to the area and be interested in discussing buy in options (not required). You possess a strong background in electrical work. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with various hand tools and power tools. The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Potential business buy in or profit sharing.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems according to local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic equipment. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working on job sites.

Experience

Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and components. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. A maintenance person background is a plus for additional versatility in job functions.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
