Essential Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, architectural drawings and electrical code specifications Pulling cables and cable tray installation Wire lighting fixtures, plugs, switches, control panels Install electrical systems and other related electrical equipment Ability to troubleshoot, test and fix defective circuits and ensure their integrity and safety Willing to act as a mentor to apprentice Electricians

Qualifications:

Must have a Journeyperson ticket from a recognized provincial training authority Experience with working on a construction project in an industrial setting on a live site would be ideal Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

14/7 working 10 hour days Camp and travel allowance provided to those eligible Benefits provided by CLAC
