Duties:

- Manage and oversee job sites as required including supervision of apprentices

- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with local and national electrical codes

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures

- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes

- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure the safe and efficient completion of construction or renovation projects

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

- Journeyman/Journeywoman 309A Electrician license

- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role

- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to effectively plan electrical installations

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, materials, and tools

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment safely and effectively

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
