We work in an exiting, high performance culture and love bringing hardworking and positive people to our team!Position Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday, (On-call Rotations)Description of Duties:

• Designing, Installing and or troubleshooting Hydronic heating Systems. Completing high-quality jobs on-time and on-budget.
• Trouble Shooting and Installing Furnaces, With a solid understanding of controls.
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure excellent customer service.
• Driving and Maintaining an ICON Plumbing and Heating Vehicle.

Skills And Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of service experience in the plumbing and HVAC Industry.
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, able to connect with people effectively.
• Ability to problem solve in a dynamic work environment.
• Self-motivated and a desire to grow continuously.

• Desire to lead teams and motivate others.
• Able to perform and complete on-call rotations.

• Clean driving record.

Compensation:
