WHAT WE OFFER $60.00 per hour starting wage (based on experience)

Double time after 40 hours per week

5 paid days off annually

Performance bonuses + tips

Flexible schedules: 5 on / 2 off or 4 on / 3 off

Take-home van option (if you live reasonably close to the shop)

You'll take on a wide range of plumbing tasks across both residential and commercial projects, including:

Diagnostics, repairs, and system installations

Service work including Jetting and snaking

Managing each job from start to finish with confidence

Clear communication with customers and team members

Keeping your van inventory organized and fully stocked

Completing job notes and paperwork accurately and immediately

Requirements

Valid Journeyman Plumber Redseal Certification

Solid, well-rounded plumbing experience

Consistent, professional workmanship

Pride in your craft

Clean driving record + valid license

Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused attitude
