Our office staff cares about your quality of life so WE DO NOT OVERBOOK the schedule and we do not take every call for today. We work Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. WE HAVE NO ON CALL. We are generous with personal time off. You will have fun while you work, make great money and become a better plumber after having worked here. You will have the opportunity to build and work on complex boiler systems, furnaces and water heaters as well as many other things. We take our training very seriously. You will definitely get a well-rounded experience with Richfield!

We are only hiring one plumber to add to our already established team and we want to make sure we hire the right individual.

- starting out in the plumbing trade who would like to focus on service or an experienced plumber who wants to lend his expertise to a reputable company that is growing their service business?

- who enjoys learning new things and ways of operating?

- who gets excited about trouble shooting problems and seeking out solutions?

- who enjoys interacting with the public and gains satisfaction from helping out customers with their plumbing needs?

- who has a valid drivers licence and a good abstract? (company vehicle used for service calls)
