Wage: $42.88-$45.00/hr (depending on experience) + performance pay potential

Schedule: 4x10s or Monday-Friday flexible

Responsibilities

- Lead residential and light-commercial electrical projects.

- Mentor apprentices and uphold company standards.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences using Jobber and other digital tools.

- Identify opportunities for system improvements and added value for clients.

- Assist with project estimating and material takeoffs when needed.

- Represent the Platinum Power brand with professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

- Red Seal Journeyman with solid residential or commercial experience.

- Leadership-minded -- enjoys mentoring and taking initiative.

- Estimating or quoting experience is a strong benefit.

- Positive, professional, and reliable.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile job management tools.
