We are looking for a skilled

Lead Electrician/Foreman

to oversee installations and service work while managing teams and ensuring high-quality electrical systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with both field crews and office staff.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of electricians on various installation and service projects. Drive company service van and complete monthly vehicle reports. Perform and oversee electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance work. Work closely with office staff to coordinate scheduling, materials, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Plan and manage tasks, equipment, and workflow efficiency. Communicate with clients, contractors, project managers, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Drive company service van and complete monthly vehicle reports. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 6 years or more of experience. Proven leadership experience in electrical installations and service work. Expertise in fire alarm systems, lighting control systems, distribution equipment setup, and transformer pad installations. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $38.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
