Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential settings - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications accurately - Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures effectively - Test electrical systems and ensure continuity of circuits in wiring, equipment, and fixtures - Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary - Inspect electrical components to identify hazards or defects - Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations diligently Skills: - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation for precise planning and execution - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods - Ability to effectively use power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly - Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients As a Journeyperson Electrician at Hayward Healthy Home Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential properties.
