Duties & Responsibilities

Complete a wide range of renovation tasks including framing, siding, insulation, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing carpentry Interpret and work from plans, drawings, and detailed scopes Coordinate with project managers and subtrades to ensure jobs stay on schedule Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients Provide mentorship to apprentices or junior crew members when needed

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Red Seal Carpenter Certification

Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry/renovation experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Familiarity with local building codes and best practices

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
