Journeyman/woman or Foreman/woman - Commercial Projects

At Mountain West Mechanical, we specialize in delivering high-quality mechanical work for healthcare and institutional clients across the Lower Mainland. Our projects range from small washroom upgrades to complex healthcare heating/cooling systems and medical gas systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Journeyman/Foreman looking to broaden their mechanical exposure across multiple project types while contributing to work that genuinely matters.

What You'll Do:

Install and maintain plumbing systems on high-profile commercial and institutional projects. Work closely with HVAC, gas, and controls teams. Solve problems and keep projects on track. Deliver quality craftsmanship and code compliance. Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior team members and sub-trades. Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving efforts.

Schedule & Location:

Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. You will work across sites within the Lower Mainland; our head office is based in Burnaby.

What we're looking for:

Journeyman Plumber License. Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong communication and team work skills. Leadership capability and a professional, respectful approach on site.
