$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

to start. $3,500 for a journeyman without hydronic experience. $2,500 for a 4th year. $2,000 for a 3rd year.

Your Core Mission (Specific Responsibilities)

As our Residential Install Plumber, you will be the final step in delivering high-quality plumbing solutions to our customers.

Installation Mastery:

Read and accurately understand work orders created by service technicians to perform residential retrofit installations.

System Expertise:

Install and maintain

potable and drainage systems

, including specialized installations of

hydronic and potable water heating systems

.

Planning & Execution:

Identify all necessary materials and quantities for new and replacement projects.

Process Improvement:

Follow established system processes and procedures, and proactively contribute to their constant improvement.

Safety First:

Operate with safety as a primary concern for yourself, the customer, and the property.
What You Bring (Job Requirements)

This role is ideal for a plumber who is a

Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber/Gasfitter

with residential installation experience.

Experience:

Desired experience as a Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber/Gasfitter with residential installation focus.
