CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking askilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work on various projects that require precision and attention to detail. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for projects. Operate machinery including press brake machines and cranes safely and effectively. Work with ductwork materials, ensuring proper fitting and installation. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in welding with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes. Valid Journeyman Welder certification. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts. Strong verbal and written communication skills
