Required experience with working on all aspects of plumbing/pipefitting, commercial back ground preferred. Familiar with commercial boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, hydronic systems and pipe fabrication. The main accountabilities of this position will be installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical piping systems.

Cut, thread and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.

Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering and threading joints.

Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading. Join pipe sections using brackets, clamps, bots etc.

Inspect, examine and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauge observation, or other methods.

Pay is dependent of experience - Provide 2 references.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal properties and welding techniques
- Ability to use various hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and precision skills
- Certification in welding or relevant field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
