Job Description

We are seeking experienced BC Registered Journeyman Plumbers only with a great work ethic and the ability to run projects and a small crew or the ability to be groomed to run a small crew, for commercial plumbing & mechanical work in the Lower Mainland.

The applicant must possess keen organizational skills to meet schedules, be able to firmly guide a crew with the highest standard of workmanship and detail, and substantial knowledge of the BC plumbing code. You must possess common sense & strong communication skills with office staff, subordinates, general contractors & project managers.

We do all types of commercial plumbing & mechanical projects around the Lower Mainland, new commercial construction, retail malls, food stores, renovations, tenant improvements, small condo projects, heating, gas fitting. You will need experience in the installation of all types of plumbing & mechanical systems with all types of materials.

Only those that demand the most of themselves and those under your supervision and an ability to work throughout the Lower Mainland without restriction need apply. This is full time work, 5 days a week.

Wage to be negotiated on experience & confidence. Base rate plus benefits, compensation for cell phone, tools, vehicle & fuel allowances and rsp contributions for the right applicant, we will work out a fair package.

Pay: $38.00-$50.00 per hour + 8% Holiday pay paid bi-weekly
