We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to project specifications and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC systems related to plumbing components when necessary Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within building projects Conduct inspections to identify issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout all phases of work Assist in assembly and installation of plumbing components using schematics and technical instructions

Experience

Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role with a strong understanding of plumbing systems Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC, carpentry, welding, and general construction practices Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Prior experience in maintenance or troubleshooting plumbing issues is highly desirable Valid certification or license as a Journeyperson Plumber is preferred but not mandatory depending on local regulations

Pay: $27.50-$46.00 per hour
