Morinville Trail Tire is looking for a skilled and experienced

Journeyman Automotive Service Technician

to join our team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of maintenance and repair services to keep our customers safe and their vehicles running smoothly. We're a local, family-owned business that takes pride in friendly service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles Conduct brake, suspension, steering, and other general mechanical work Communicate clearly with Service Writers and customers about required work and recommendations Keep accurate records of work performed Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety procedures Assist and mentor apprentices when needed

Requirements

Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification (Red Seal is preffered) Valid driver's license with a clean abstract Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
