Responsibilities
Install, align, and assemble machinery using schematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on flushing, lining, and camera equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend operational lifespan.
Repair or replace worn or damaged parts utilizing welding skills, including aliuminum welding techniques when necessary.
Use diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters to analyze electrical circuits and ensure system integrity.
Read and interpret schematics, control diagrams, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) programs for troubleshooting complex systems.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
Operate field service equipment like scissor lifts safely to access elevated machinery or components.
Collaborate with the team members to optimize equipment performance while adhering to safety protocols.
Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on machinery repairs or upgrades when needed.
Skills
Proven industrial mechanic experience within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Proficiency in working with schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
Skilled in welding techniques specific to aliuminum welding standards; capable of performing repairs in challenging environments.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and HVAC systems maintenance.
Electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage circuits; familiar with ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and repairs.
Ability to operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely in compliance with safety regulations.
Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately; excellent customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams or clients.
Field service background with the ability to work independently in diverse environments; military experience is a plus for discipline and technical training background.
Fluency in English is required for clear communication across teams.
