Summary

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman HD Truck and transport Mechanic to join our team in Fort McMurray. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment essential for our mining operations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul, and maintain equipment. All preventative maintenance and repairs Test repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain a commitment to safe work practices at all times. Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Mobile repair service Air conditioning maintenance and repairs Tractor/trailer alignments Red Seal/Journeyman/Journeywoman HET certification is mandatory. Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills are essential. Exhaust and DPF replacement Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract is required. Tire installation, repair and balancing
