We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring that clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products. Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions. Strong skills in hair styling techniques, customer service, and retail sales are essential. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. A valid cosmetology license is required. Experience in upselling services or products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.55-$41.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 36 per week
