Interlock Mechanical Services Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced FSR-B Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a solid background in residential and commercial construction who is ready to step into a leadership role--overseeing project installations and mentoring apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical installations for both commercial and residential projects from inception to completion Supervise, mentor, and support apprentices and junior electricians to ensure safe, high-quality workmanship Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget Accurately interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Ensure all work complies with the BC Electrical Code and relevant safety standards Conduct quality control checks and provide troubleshooting during and post-installation Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and strong leadership

What We're Looking For

Valid FSR-B Certification and Red Seal Journeyman Electrician ticket (required) A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a strong asset Solid understanding of commercial tenant improvements and new residential construction Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
