Objectives:

As an Journeyperson Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our organisation's success by:

Solidifying organisation and efficiencies of projects Developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Mastering effective delegation for maximum team experience and efficiency. Learning and implementing efficient acquisition of materials. Effectively delegating to apprentices, allowing you as an experienced professional to focus on high-skill, high-value tasks.

Setting a Foundation:

Our Journeyperson program is designed to set the foundation for becoming a highly productive team member. If desired, progression opportunities include advancement into lead hand and foreman roles, with a structured growth path in place.

Current and Upcoming Projects:

Embark on exciting projects in the lower mainland that will require your assistance, including:

Lithium Demonstration Plants (South Vancouver, BC) Future opportunities beyond this project include, residential custom homes and commercial tenant improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$45.00 per hour

Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
