Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse knowledge of electrical systems, including motors and controls, generator systems, renewable energy systems, and fire alarm systems. Including the ability to troubleshoot issues and install these systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain detailed, accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions. Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic equipment. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings of electrical systems. Effectively communicate with customers and other tradespeople on projects to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with CEC and company safety procedures. Collect information to provide accurate price estimates for customers.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices in all work environments. Strong knowledge of electrical systems; motors, controls, generators, renewable energy, and fire alarms. Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Proficiency in using software and mobile applications to maintain detailed, accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Valid certification as a Journeyperson Electrician. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the service industry.
