POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client Jansen Electric is seeking a highly organized and motivated

Journeyman Electrician

. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a wide range of electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repairs in Residential and Agriculture settings. This is a full-time position based in Ontario, Canada.

What we need from you:

Valid 309A Journeyman Electrician license in Ontario, Canada 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Journeyman Electrician in Residential and Agriculture industries. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment. Proven track record with electrical panel upgrades, generator installations, and lighting solutions. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong commitment to safety procedures and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid 'G' driver's license and reliable transportation required. Clean drivers abstract.

What you will do:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment according to local electrical codes and standards. Conduct inspections, diagnose electrical problems, and provide appropriate solutions. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues. Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
