Benefits:
Paid vacation for 2 weeks off during the holidays (also flexible on additional time off when requested, up to 2 more weeks per year of your choosing). + Dep Life $2,500 spouse / $1,000 child.

+ Drugs 80% $50,000 per year max.
+ Paramedicals - 80% $500 per practitioner type.
+ Vision Wear - $200 per 24 months 1 eye exam per 24 months Max $75.
+ Dental - 80% Basic /50% Major $1500 per year combined 9 months recall.
Newer Company work van provided with paid gas allowance. Shift hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm with occasional overtime available. (want to make more money?).
