Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman/Journeywoman (Construction) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing installations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components as required. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure proper plumbing installation. Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing installations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Mandarin language is preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects. Experience with heavy lifting is essential for transporting materials on job sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.77-$55.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
