Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks and possess the ability to work independently to complete projects efficiently and effectively. We specialize in Cold Storage and Food Facility construction. We are hiring individuals willing to travel to out of town construction sites.

Duties

- Perform a variety of construction tasks such as carpentry, building, and caulking
-Can install metal flashing

- Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Lift heavy objects and materials as required
- Conduct repairs and maintenance work as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within specified timelines

Skills

- Proficient in caulking techniques
- Capable of heavy lifting and manual labor
- Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is advantageous
- Skilled in using hand tools for construction work
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for project execution
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
