Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for various construction projects Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed Perform building framing Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with attention to detail Conduct restoration projects, ensuring high-quality finishes Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist in rebar installation for structural integrity in concrete work Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, framing and general construction practices Familiarity with masonry techniques and tile laying processes Experience with caulking and roofing tasks is a plus Demonstrated maintenance person experience across multiple trades is highly desirable Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.76-$43.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
