We are seeking an experienced

Journeyman Carpenter

to join our team of skilled tradespeople on major home renovations, custom builds, and large-scale remodels.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, backing, structural work, and detailed finishing. Work with precision across all aspects of home renovation from demolition to completion. Install custom components, cabinetry, trim, hardware, and other luxury finishes. Collaborate with other trades and internal teams to maintain project efficiency. Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety standards. Review plans and specifications, identifying conflicts or required adjustments. Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability in all client interactions.

Requirements

Journeyman-level carpenter with

5-10+ years of experience

in residential renovations. Strong understanding of high-end construction materials, methods, and tools. Proven track record of delivering quality workmanship with minimal supervision. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
