to join our expanding production plant in Kamloops, BC.

We are expanding our operations with a new Wall Panel Division, equipped with state-of-the-art automated panelization equipment. This division will support the growing demand for high-quality prefabricated wall panels, enhancing efficiency and precision in residential and commercial construction.

to be part of this exciting expansion--bringing their expertise in framing, panel assembly, and precision construction to our team.

Position Overview:



As a

Journeyman Carpenter - Wall Panel Division

, you will play a key role in the production of prefabricated wall panels, ensuring structural integrity, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical carpentry skills, and experience in wall panel manufacturing or wood framing.

Key Responsibilities:



Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to build precise prefabricated wall panels. Operate and work alongside automated wall panel machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production. Assemble and secure wood components using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, and reinforcements. Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all panels meet specifications before shipment. Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines. Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:



Journeyperson Carpenter Certification (Red Seal preferred). Previous experience in wall panel production, framing, or modular construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment, and woodworking techniques. Experience working with automated wall panel machinery (an asset). Understanding of construction safety standards and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
