Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be capable working on a project from foundation up. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage both the technical aspects of carpentry and the coordination of team members on-site.
Duties
Build and assemble structures according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. Perform tasks including framing, siding, concrete forming, and more. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing repairs as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in various carpentry techniques. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with carpentry work, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other tradespeople. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
