Our company is always looking for talented Journalists with an interest in current, local events and has a natural talent for writing about timely topics. Candidates should be detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We\'re looking to hire two news reporters for our Hawkesbury office. Duties
- Write articles on a variety of local issues, including community events, sports, arts, and the results of municipal meetings
- Commute to local events across the region to take pictures, record video, and conduct interviews
- Layout pages using InDesign
- Post articles to the website and mobile app
- A bachelor\'s in Journalism, or 2-4 years equivalent experience
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
- You must have your own vehicle to attend events around the region
