Compensation and Schedule

Journeyperson Rate:

$50.25/hour (includes $2/hour retention bonus)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM 40 regular hours plus 9 paid travel hours per week Travel to the site Monday morning and return Friday afternoon

Additional Benefits

$80/day LOA (tax-free for Regina-based employees) Access to fleet vehicles for travel Retention bonus paid on all regular, overtime, and travel hours (conditions apply)

Key Qualifications

Previous electrical experience (hospital experience considered an asset) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Main Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications Set up data cabling and fiber optics Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
