Eligibility criteria:



To be considered for employment as a military spouse or common-law partner, you must meet the following conditions:



? You must be a military spouse or common-law partner of a serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) member

? You must not already be employed as a permanent (indeterminate) employee in the federal public service

? Your serving CAF member spouse/partner must be a member of the Regular Force or the Reserve Force on Class C service or Class B reserve service of more than 180 consecutive days.



If you are a surviving spouse/common law partner of a CAF member whose death is attributable to service, you are eligible. If you have a priority entitlement as a surviving spouse/common law partner, please identify this in your application.



Note: All of the eligibility criteria will be verified. As part of our review, we verify relationship and marital status. Please ensure that your spouse/common-law partner's records are up to date with their orderly room. Please note that your information is verified through Guardian and not the Military Personal Record Resume (MPRR).
