3D Rail Services is growing, and we're looking for

experienced, safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operators

What You Can Expect from 3D Rail Services

Consistent Hours

- Monday to Friday schedule, 40-50 hours/week, with steady year-round work on our development projects. Weekend work only when required.

Reliable Work

- Operating dozers and excavators on the granite quarry site, soil processing machinery, aggregate production, and general construction projects.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Operating bulldozers for land clearing, grading, and stockpile management. Running excavators for land clearing, trenching, digging, and material handling. Supporting site prep, soil and aggregate processing, and stockpile management. Loading trucks and aggregate crushing plant with material using excavators or Loaders. Assisting with general site duties, including fueling, lubrication, and housekeeping. Occasional travel to nearby job sites as required (overnight stays are rare but may happen).

Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities

Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently. Maintain daily inspections and ensure equipment is kept in clean, working order. Follow all safety protocols and site-specific requirements. Support project supervisors with additional tasks when needed. Report any maintenance issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating bulldozers and excavators. Valid driver's license (Class 1 with Air Endorsement is an asset but not required). Clean safety record and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong understanding of workplace safety practices. Willingness to travel short distances or stay overnight if required. Dependable, hardworking, punctual, and committed to quality work.
