About Us:
We're a warm, welcoming multi-disciplinary chiropractic clinic offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy. We have two locations in Toronto - one steps from High Park and Keele Station, and another near Dufferin Mall.
The Role:
As our front desk superstar, you'll be the first friendly face our patients see. Your day will include:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Booking and adjusting appointments in person and over the phone
Accepting payments and assisting with insurance billing
Guiding patients to treatment rooms and checking in on them
Supporting the doctor and team with various administrative tasks
Keeping the clinic tidy and organized
Most importantly, making sure each patient has a great experience!
Shifts may be available at one or both locations, depending on your availability and clinic needs. Full training will be provided. If you have the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Flexible team player who loves learning
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and scheduling software (Jane)
Bonus if you have experience in customer service or healthcare settings!
