Airdrie & District Soccer Association (ADSA) is one of Alberta's leading community soccer organizations, serving over 2,600 players annually across indoor and outdoor programs. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

ADSA proudly participates in the Responsible Coaching Movement, ensuring the highest standards of safety and sportsmanship. Our programs range from grassroots development to competitive leagues, and we host the Summit Cup, Alberta's largest outdoor soccer tournament.

With the opening of our new indoor training facility in Fall 2025, ADSA continues to grow and innovate, providing year-round opportunities for athletes and families. We are driven by our mission to build community through soccer and create pathways for lifelong participation in the sport.

Why This Role Matters



As the Member Services & Events Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and the driving force behind our marquee events. From managing registrations to leading Alberta's largest outdoor tournament, your work will directly shape the experience of thousands of players and families.

Key Responsibilities



Registration & Payments



Set up registration platforms, process payments and refunds, and manage waitlists. Support team placement and roster accuracy. Register club teams with CMSA league. Maintain the database of member information.

Member Support



Provide day-to-day customer service via email, phone, and in-person. Respond to inquiries within SLA timelines. Maintain data integrity and generate reports.

Communications



Send mass notifications and maintain FAQs/help articles. Collaborate with social media contractors for member-facing updates.

Events



Lead the Summit Cup and other special events/tournaments.

Qualifications



Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Event management and vendor coordination experience. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Self-starter with conflict resolution skills. Soccer knowledge and experience preferred. Completion of a clear E-PIC with Vulnerable Sector Search required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
