Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated
Sales Associate
to promote and enroll students into our
non-vocational short-term programs
. The primary responsibility of this role is
student enrollment through sales and follow-ups
.
Prior sales experience is an asset, but
not mandatory
. We strongly encourage applicants who are
hard-working, committed, and eager to learn
.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell non-vocational short courses to prospective students
Communicate program details clearly and confidently to students
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Maintain accurate student and lead records
Meet enrollment and sales targets
Work closely with the admissions and operations team
Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process

Experience

Compensation
Base Pay:
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour (excluding bonuses)
Performance-based incentives and commissions available
Additional compensation opportunities based on results
