A cashier cook's responsibilities include:
Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing information about food and drinks
Food preparation: Preparing food and drinks, including kebabs, Biryani, wraps etc. Need a basic knowledge of managing a Tandoor.
Cash register: Operating the cash register or point of sale system to process payments
Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work areas, counters, and tables
Order management: Assembling and managing dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
Communication: Communicating effectively with staff and managers
Operating kitchen equipment and perform general cleaning/maintenance (equipment includes, but is not
limited to: Rational ovens, fryers, coolers, freezers and tandoor).
