Job Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing site supervisor who is looking for a challenging opportunity with our team as a Paint Job Supervisor.

The site supervisor is a working crew leader who coordinates with the customer during the job, sets the schedule for the paint crew, supervises a paint crew of 1 or 2 other painters, and makes sure that the work is done professionally and the customer is happy at the end of the job.

The ideal candidate is an experienced painting professional with the highest standards who has experience in residential repaint work. He or she must be physically able to perform the duties of the job. The ideal candidate must also have an understanding of proper prep work for painting, job site safety, knowledge of typical paint coatings and proper use of tools (brushes, rollers, etc.).
