Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications. Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and operational efficiency. Assist in budgeting and construction estimating processes to ensure financial accountability. Train and mentor site personnel in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and quality control processes. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with budgeting practices related to construction projects. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with the management team and clientele Possess a good understanding of construction skills and building codes. MUST be comfortable with handling a variety of tools. MUST be comfortable working at heights.
