We are seeking a reliable and skilled

Maintenance Technician

to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Day to day maintenance of the properties including cleaning, minor repairs/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems. Minor plumbing repairs such as plunging toilets, bathtubs and sinks. Replacement of faucet cartridges, replacing tank levers or any parts. Minor repairs of kitchen cabinets, doors, cupboards and windows. Repair and/or replace locks, or communicate with locksmith. Repairs and maintain stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers. Moving equipment, materials and supplies. Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly. Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems. Coordinate with property management and contractors when needed. Responding, troubleshooting and prioritizing work orders and handling emergency situation in a timely manner. Removal of snow off or salting walkways and stairs, as needed. Conduct building inspections yearly. Work as part of an on-call for emergencies only.

Requirements:

Previous experience in building maintenance. Attention to details, quick learner. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well with other & independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work with and climb stairs, ladders with equipment and supplies, when needed.
