Adco Is currently hiring JM Electricians for the following project

B2 Gold

Location

: The Goose Project, the B2 Gold mine in Nunavut, is located in the Back River Gold District. Specifically, it's situated in southwestern Nunavut, approximately 520 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This area is also roughly 75 kilometers southwest of Bathurst Inlet.

Scope

: Adco Power has been contracted to support B2 Gold in completing the mechanical and electrical installation of the emulsion plant.

Prior to the start of the plant we are assisting getting everything in order.

Electricians

:

Perform a wide range of standard industrial electrical tasks, which may include: Installation of cable tray, teck cable, conduit, and grounding systems Work with MCCs, motor starters, lighting systems, and control circuits Execute any additional electrical work required for plant functionality Assist and collaborate with the commissioning team throughout the final phases.

Duration

: 6mths +/-

Start Date

: Oct 20th

Rotation

: 3IN/3OUT (weeks)

Days

: 7days/week, 12hrs/day

Rate

: Employee - $46/hr JM to start + 1.5OT (anything over 8hrs/day + all wknd hrs). $66/hr contractor. Increase for dual ticket (both trades must be able to be utilized on the project) and increase for Leads.

Accommodations

: Camp facility. Single rooms. Camp provided meals/common areas/gym/weight room etc.

Charter

: Direct to site from Edmonton 3 days/week and 2 days/week with stops in Yellowknife.

Travel provided

:travel hours (to a max) and any commercial flights or hotels required.

Pay: From $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 84 per week

Experience:

Journeyman: 4 years (required)
