Responsibilities:
generate sales through effective and educated client interaction communicate and demonstrate a knowledge of our store values and image follow each client sales interaction from start to finish in a seamless, timely and effective manner work with loose diamonds and gemstones and be able to source appropriately based on our clients needs maintain a high level of organization and time management be competent with various methods of communication through the various channels (email, virtual meetings, online sales) Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday
You are:
experienced in sales/customer service and working as part of a team have a passion for jewellery and design flexible, organized and detail oriented capable of working with and meeting timelines through the sales process confident and comfortable with client communication and interaction Trustworthy, loyal and punctual
