Breslauer & Warren Jewellers, Calgary's trusted name in fine jewellery since 1919, is currently seeking a polished, experienced, and self-motivated Sales Professional to join our close-knit team. With over 105 years of tradition in exceptional service and timeless design, we specialize in custom diamond engagement rings, rare coloured gemstones, Italian gold, and premium jewellery collections.

We are looking for a confident and client-focused individual who thrives in a boutique, luxury retail environment and is passionate about helping clients commemorate life's most meaningful moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences that reflect the Breslauer & Warren legacy

Drive sales of high-end diamond and gemstone jewellery through expert product knowledge and relationship-building

Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations and in-store presentation

Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, special orders, and custom design assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales

Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal

A well-groomed, professional appearance with a poised and confident demeanor

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic retail setting

Experience with diamond grading, custom design consultation, or CRM systems is an asset
