Nucleo Digital is searching for Java Backend Developers to help us design and build a modern tech stack for our client. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the latest technologies and can lead the design and development of nimble and scalable applications. A successful candidate will bring deep analytical ability, software engineering expertise, and the ability to deliver results within a fast-moving agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java
• Expert-level experience with Spring framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
• Strong experience with relational databases, SQL, writing DDL, writing SQL queries.
• Good knowledge of docker, docker-compose, packaging applications in docker images
• Expert at object oriented design principles, SOLID principles.
• Experience with mvn, gradle
• Experience with JPA, Hibernate, object-relational mapping in general.
• Strong experience with data structures and algorithms
• Experience with distributed systems concepts, microservices
• Experienced with UNIX/Linux, shell scripting environment
• Deep experience with unit testing, TDD, integration/end-to-end testing
• CS Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong preferred if having any of the followings:

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar platforms
• Experience with Splunk or similar platforms
• Strong experience with IAM and security concepts
