/ Responsibilities

Java FSE Architect with minimum experience of 15+ years

Experienced in Java Sprint boot, Azure functions,

Good experience in

Preferrable to have Node .JS, GraphQL

Extensive knowledge of ClientServer architecture, Web-based n-tier architecture, database design and development of applications using J2EE Design Patterns, DAO Data Access Object and DTO Data Transfer Object.

Develop technical documentation to define the system components, development environment and implementation planning/strategies.

Serverless with Azure Function for processing xml and json data

Ability to create high level and detailed design for the features assigned to the team.

Establish guiding principles for defining standards & code reviews; define review checklists for code delivery.

Perform periodic reviews on the code developed by the POD team and provide suggestions for improving the quality of code.

Ensure all best practices, standards, coding principles and unit/automation test strategies are followed within the teams; ensure the code coverage, sonar violations are periodically reviewed, and they are all within the standards prescribed.

Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Good Customer interaction and coordination with multiple teams

End to end ownership of delivery, independently handling the deliverable and Perform Peer review.

What are the top 3 skills required for this role? Hands On in Java, Spring boot, Microservices/Rest API, Hibernate, Azure Cloud, Azure functions, Unit testing.

Specialized experience in Identity, Security, Authorization & policy knowledge

Provide the architectural design for features / capabilities planned in each of the PODs with due consideration on performance needs of each of those process based on their peak capacity needs.

There may be 2-3 rounds of technical interview with Client and a coding exercise

Providing business solutions and architecture guidance to the development teams.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.

Acting as a key contributor throughout the software development lifecycle.

Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements.

Be a thought leader and show a passion to continuously learn, improve, and share your knowledge.

Mentor and promote technical design, coding, and testing competencies in other developers.

Ability to work with Sr. Tech/business Stakeholders and Technology Team

Ability to proactively build consensus among the Stakeholders

Evaluate new frameworks, methodologies, best practices and constantly work towards improving and optimizing workflow
