Customer Service Experience

Previous Server Experience or Restaurant Setting

Strong customer?service mindset

Good teamwork and communication skills

Experience:

Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities

:

Train new employees Develop and launch seasonal menu items each quarter Handle customer service in both English and Chinese Receive and address guest feedback, suggestions, and online reviews Foster teamwork, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with staff Observe guests' reactions to food and restaurant environment; identify issues proactively Ensure strict quality control of food and beverage preparation Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the restaurant
