Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Outreach in Japan
Establish partnerships with local schools, language institutes, cultural centers, and travel agencies.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure steady student enrollment and collaborative program delivery.
2. Program Design & Delivery
Develop engaging study abroad and cultural immersion programs that include academic courses, cultural tours, and experiential activities.
Coordinate closely with Japanese partners to ensure smooth and high-quality execution.
3. Student Recruitment & Support
Drive recruitment through webinars, presentations, and one-on-one consultations.
Provide responsive, ongoing support to students before, during, and after their time in Japan.
4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Work with the internal team to prepare and manage program budgets.
Ensure financial sustainability while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
5. On-the-Ground Operations in Japan
Roles such as project planning and activity coordination will require team members to be based in Japan.
Serve as the local contact for students and partners, ensuring smooth program operation.
6. Market & Competitor Research
Analyze student demand, cultural trends, and market opportunities.
Benchmark against competitors to design innovative and appealing program offerings.
7. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback and track outcomes to improve program quality and student satisfaction.
Use insights to refine program structure and delivery.
